Our approach is simple: You contact us after you have decided your company needs training or upgrading in a specific area. We arrange an informal meeting to discuss the details of your specific needs. At this meeting, we establish specific objectives for your company's particular goals. Following the meeting, we develop a training proposal outlining the objectives of the training experience for your approval. After any adjustments to the proposal, we set a date and time for the training experience.
We also understand and respect that "time is money" and if your employees are not working, they are not making money for the company. Our training services are tailored to your time frame. You decide if you can only make your employees available two hours in a week's period or four hours in a month's period, we will design the training program to fit your time frame. We work as a partnership to design a training experience specifically for your company's needs.
The benefits to you: The training program is designed to fit only your company's specific areas for improvement. There is no "general program" in which many topics of discussion do not apply to your company's goals.
